Student Registration

New student registration for the 2009-10 school year is ongoing at Farley Hill Elementary School. The offices are open Monday through Friday from 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 3:30pm. Students in grades Kindergarten through fourth would attend one of the elementary buildings. If you are unsure which elementary building your child will attend, please contact PCS Transportation Office at (810) 225-3961.

Please bring the following items to register your student:

Original Birth Certificate - no photocopies can be accepted.
Proof of vision screening - screening may be done by your family doctor or the Livingston County Health Department.
Immunization records. (The Livingston County Health Department will administer immunizations.)
Proof of residency. (Example: utility bill, tax bill, etc.)
